The dim sum from Guansutang Store will be a popular souvenir for tourists in Zhoushan to buy for friends and family members. Guanyin pastry, or Avalokitesvara pastry, is the store's most famous product.

The pastry is a low-sugar snack with sea sedge, black sesame, peanuts, and sweetened bean paste as its fillings. The snack has a crispy and golden yellow crust, tasting soft and waxy.
