Containers at Dapukou Container Terminal in Jintang port area, Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province, moved steadily on Dec 9 as cargo ships berthed for loading and unloading, while driverless trucks transported containers.

This year, the terminal has strengthened its maritime and land operations, boosting production volume and quality. Eight new international shipping routes have been added, bringing the total to 53. A total of 3,297 vessels berthed at the terminal, a 32 percent year-on-year increase, including 1,593 foreign vessels, up 41 percent.

According to data released by the General Administration of Customs, China's goods trade totaled 3.9 trillion yuan ($552 billion) in November, with year-on-year growth rising to 4.1 percent. This marks the 10th consecutive month of annual growth since February, highlighting continued momentum in national import and export activity.
