Zhoushan in East China's Zhejiang province recorded more than 1.75 million yuan ($247,204) in total sales at the 2025 Zhejiang Agriculture Fair, which concluded in Hangzhou on Nov 25.
The fair spanned 60,000 square meters and featured over 3,500 companies and more than 40,000 products. Zhoushan's exhibition area attracted steady attention with its displays and interactive experiences.
Pingtairong Ocean Fisheries Group's tuna-cutting demonstration drew large crowds, with many people lining up to sample the product. China Aquatic Products Zhoushan Marine Fishery Corporation showcased a range of processed seafood.
The integration of agriculture, culture, and tourism added even more energy to the fair. Putuo Mountain's narcissus, famous for its wild bulbs and unique cultivation story, attracted visitors eager to place orders.
On the final day, 14 booths saw increased foot traffic. Island products like Gaoxie grapefruit and Qushan seaweed were in high demand. Livestream teams and participating companies broadcast directly from the venue to promote Zhoushan agricultural and fishery products nationwide, expanding sales channels and strengthening market recognition.
