Eighty-eight travelers arriving from Hong Kong to Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province, on July 24, were greeted by officers from the Zhoushan entry-exit border inspection station, who ensured a smooth and efficient entry process.

As summer travel peaks, Zhoushan has seen a steady rise in inbound tourism, particularly from Hong Kong, with visitors eager to experience the city's island charm.

To manage the seasonal influx, the city's entry-exit border inspection station has implemented enhanced service measures. In collaboration with port authorities and airlines, they monitor flight schedules and passenger volumes, issue timely travel updates, and maintain a full-time response mechanism to ensure hassle-free customs clearance.

Multilingual service counters provide assistance in English, Japanese and other languages, helping travelers with entry procedures and digital payments. These thoughtful services are designed to improve the overall visitor experience.

To further improve the travel experience, randomly selected visitors received cultural gifts featuring Zhoushan specialties.
