The highly anticipated Daqingshan Beach Carnival kicked off on July 6 at Daqingshan Park in Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province, bringing a wave of summer excitement to Zhoushan.

Since July 1, Daqingshan Park has been open until 8:30 pm, giving visitors more time to enjoy the cool sea breeze and lively nighttime festivities.

As the sun sets, the beach comes alive with children digging in the sand, building castles, chasing tiny crabs, and collecting colorful seashells. Laughter fills the air as families unwind by the sea.

From water fights and music to interactive shows, the carnival is pure summer joy. The center stage is the heart of the action, featuring dynamic dance performances that energize the crowd.

The carnival will run nightly through the end of August, with events like a water splash festival planned. The upgraded island ring road also offers new attractions to enrich the visitor experience.
