The Putuo Marine Digital Industry Park is a key project in Putuo district, Zhoushan, Zhejiang province, aiming to promote the deep integration of marine economy and digital technology, with a core focus on developing the marine digital economy.

The project spans an area of 14,368.7 square meters and a total building area of 55,682 sq m, including an office building, its podium, and a communication hub building.

The aboveground building area of the office building and its podium is 30,012 sq m, with an underground area of 15,720 sq m. Since obtaining the construction permit in June last year, relevant units have been closely coordinating to steadily advance pre-construction work such as land leveling, earthwork clearance, and laying the pile foundation for the building and its podium, with overall completion expected by the end of July next year.

The project's planning and design fully incorporate modern and intelligent concepts, aiming to create a platform integrating big data processing, analysis, storage, and display, while providing high-quality office space for enterprise settlement, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Upon the completion and operation of the industrial park, it will attract a group of leading digital economy enterprises and research institutions with strong core technology, excellent innovation capabilities, and broad technological applications, effectively integrating the resources in Putuo's marine industry value chain, which will accelerate Zhoushan's digitalization process in the marine economy.
