Construction of a cultural tourism complex in the Zhujiajian scenic spot, located in Putuo district, Zhoushan, Zhejiang province, is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2024, according to authorities.

The 3.09-billion-yuan ($429.27 million) facility, spanning 1.37 million square meters, is expected to encompass areas dedicated to aerospace, health management, anti-aging beauty, elderly care, leisure and entertainment, as well as education and training.

Furthermore, the project includes the development of an aviation-themed amusement park and a water park, both of which are anticipated to open to the public in May of this year.
