On Nov 17, the 2023 China International Travel Mart, with a simple and refreshing "Hello, China" as its theme, commenced in Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province. As one of the world's top three travel exhibitions and the premier event in Asia, this year's mart, marking its 23rd edition and coinciding with the tenth anniversary of the Belt and Road initiative, bears tremendous meaning and fruits. 

Covering 90,000 square meters, the mart hosts six thematic exhibition areas, drawing participants from over 70 countries. Alongside traditional displays, the virtual exhibition hall offers online displays and activities.

Zhoushan, represented by business in cultural and traveling sector organized by the city's culture and tourism authorities, captivated visitors to its exhibiting area with its cultural and creative products.

Inspired by the archipelago's maritime culture, these products incorporate local elements while designed in modern language. Notably, the archipelago illustration collection, an introductory brochure the city made, also debuted in the event, eliciting curiosity and praise.

The event, addressing shifts in the international tourism landscape, new consumer trends, and product innovations, strives to facilitate collaboration and transactions within the global travel industry, and Zhoushan is expected to display many outstanding cultural and high-quality tourism offerings over the course of the dynamic three-day event.
