The 24th China Zhoushan International Sand Sculpture Festival was held at Nansha Sand Beach in the Zhujiajian scenic area in Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province, on July 8.
The festival will run until April 2024.
More than 60 creations themed on high-tech sports, humanistic sports and trendy sports are being displayed at the festival.
A 100-square-meter camping site has also been set up at the beach.
Since its inception in 1999, the festival has been a hallmark of Zhoushan tourism, drawing both locals and tourists for 24 years. It has become an emblematic event, showcasing the city's captivating coastal charm and boosting its tourism reputation.
