Authorities have also distributed consumption coupons for various cultural and sporting events, including sailing competitions, musical festivals and intangible cultural heritage exhibitions, to enrich locals' spiritual lives.

Putuo was listed among provincial demonstration areas for bolstering nighttime economy in 2022.
