A tour route in Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province was listed as a national boutique rural tourism route by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on April 27. 

One hundred and fifty-two rural tourism routes in the country made the list.

The Zhoushan route showcases scenic spots including Jintang Island, Xinluotou village, and the Daqing Mountain scenic area. 

Jintang Island

Jintang Island, which is best known for its Xianren Mountain scenic spot, is also renowned for its plums.

Xinluotou village

Xiluotou village, which features ancient residences, is an ideal place to enjoy a serene life.

Daqing Mountain scenic area

Located within Zhujiajian Island, the 10-square-meter Daqing Mountain scenic area boasts a 30-kilometer coastline, making it a good choice for a leisure tour.

Visitors can also savor local delicacies such as glutinous rice cakes and sesame pancakes when following the route.
