Authorities in Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province, have rolled out a series of measures to make business registration for foreign-funded enterprises more convenient.
One of the measures is a guideline book that provides information on the online registration procedure. Authorities have also launched a campaign to publicize the policy.
A special service window in the city's government service center has also been set up to help enterprises. The window provides one-stop services, including investment, registration and operation, to foreign-funded companies.
Authorities have also initiated the preliminary material review (PMR) system to aid foreign-funded enterprises. Four companies have already benefitted from the new PMR service this year.
