The fifth International Petroleum and Natural Gas Enterprises Conference will be held in Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province from Aug 30 to Sep 2 to explore the innovation and transformation of the oil and natural gas industry. 

Sponsored by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government and organized by the Zhejiang FTZ and the Zhoushan area of the Zhejiang FTZ, the conference will be held both online and offline. 

According to authorities, organizers will hold the 10th Asian Refining Technology Conference from Sep 1 to 2, during which a series of activities will be held, including promoting Zhoushan, attracting investment and conducting on-the-spot investigation, to sign more projects related to midstream and downstream petrochemical industries. 

Authorities will launch a promotional video at the opening ceremony of the conference to demonstrate the achievements made by the Zhoushan area of the Zhejiang FTZ since its establishment in 2017 and invite a leader to make a keynote speech to draw a blue print for the future of the FTZ. 

Organizers will hold a series of business engagement meetings to attract more projects related to iron ore, grain and oil industry, payments for energy trade, and oil and gas storage base on the sidelines of the conference. 

The conference will promote issues over bulk commodities such as iron ore and food.
