Authorities in Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province recently rolled out a digital platform to attract more investment to the city. 

The platform can display the city's available land, factory buildings and premises on a map and contains the details of contact persons and phone numbers of these locations, thus providing more convenience for enterprises seeking to make investments in Zhoushan. 

The platform can also perform checks on locations, industries and cooperation modes so that investment enterprises can easily learn more about the city's available land and properties through mobile devices. 

Zhoushan's investment promotion agency has been engaging with relevant agencies to list idle factories on the platform. These agencies have also established communication with the owners of such factories to understand their current situations. 

To date, information regarding 23 pieces of industrial land and 13 factory buildings have been uploaded to the platform. 

Authorities will continue to optimize the platform's functions, increase service offerings and update investment information to cater to investment enterprises' business demands, according to local media reports.
