"Carbon neutrality" has been a much-talked about phrase in recent years, as the battle against climate change takes on paramount importance.

China re-emphasized its goal to peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and aim for carbon neutrality before 2060, according to the Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25) for Economic and Social Development and the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035.
