Zhang A'san's Wonton

When discussing the delicious food in Zhoushan's alleys, there must be a place reserved for Zhang A'san's Wonton. Opened for more than 20 years, the food stall has been a popular place for generations of Zhoushan residents.

A fine bowl of wontons must have thin wrappers and well-minced lean meat, enabling them to look rather transparent when being soaked in soup.
