Putuo Mountain scenic area in Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province, has changed its hours to 6 am - 5 pm starting Feb 8, according to its management committee.
Moreover, all temples on the mountain are closed to visitors, and on Feb 11, the Chinese New Year's Eve, the temples will close at 4 pm and all blessing gatherings will be canceled.
Visitors are required to make reservations at least one day before the tour on the WeChat account "pts_china", and before entering the scenic area, they must put on a face mask, show a green health QR code, and have their temperature taken and identity information checked.
