The Zhoushan delegation to the 13th Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress discussed the government work report and 14th Five-Year Plan (2020-25) during the fifth session held in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang, on Jan 26, local media reported.

The delegates all agreed that they should adhere to the decisions made by the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government to build Zhoushan into a prosperous garden city.

They also made proposals related to industrial development, investment attraction, education, and healthcare.
