Temples in Putuo Mountain Scenic Area in Zhoushan will gradually reopen to visitors starting from June 2, according to local media reports. 

Visitors must book tickets at least one day in advance (up to 15 days in advance) via the official WeChat account of the Putuo Mountain Scenic Area (pts_china). 

The number of visitors to the scenic spot will be limited for safety reasons.

Visitors are required to wear masks, have their temperatures taken, and present green health QR codes indicating they have a small chance of being infected with COVID-19 before entry.

They are also asked to maintain a distance of at least one meter from others and to avoid crowds.

Anybody who develops a fever, cough, or other abnormality during their tour should inform the scenic spot's epidemic prevention and control team by dialing 0580-3161616. 

Putuo Mountain, located on a small island in the Zhoushan Archipelago, covers an area of 12.93 square kilometers and is one of China's Four Sacred Mountains of Buddhism. The mountain has been known by Buddhists as the shrine of Guanyin Bodhisattva since ancient times and has been named a "Buddhist world amidst sea and sky".
