Daishan county in Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province, recently made a music video in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Accompanied by the song I Love You China, the video showcases the remarkable achievements that the county has made over the past seven decades as well as the happiness of local residents.

Daishan sits in the middle of the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area. It is composed of 379 islands and is known as a "Fairy Island". The county has undertaken many national key projects, including the construction of a green petrochemical base, an oil transportation and trade base, and an iron ore transshipment base. The county's infrastructure has been greatly improved thanks to the construction of the Yushan, Xiushan, and Zhoushan-Daishan Bridges. A tidal power generator project was also launched. The county ranked 18th on the list of the 2018 Top 100 Chinese Counties for Investment published by the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
