The clear water, the shores of the green willows along the river, and the breeze, remain memorable. When the switchgrass passes over the surface of the water, a wave of water is formed on the surface of the water. The sunlight further contributes to the sparking and shining of the water, which helps people temporarily forget the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the moment of the peace. Under the green willow, on the bank of the river, men are playing chess; women are singing and dancing; young people who are in love are whispering; children are playing and laughing... The grasses on the shore are green, the trees are green, the flowers are blooming, the butterflies are flying, the people are talking about the ideals of life from the poetry songs... what a vivid picture!
Park was another place I spent a lot of my spare time when I was an adolescent, ranging from leisure parks that are in the community or individual large-scale parks. Parks or gardens are located almost in every community and near each neighborhood, which significantly facilitates the individuals' physical fitness, leisure and entertainment. I enjoy the carefreeness and jollification in the Dinghai Park; I appreciate the colorful seaside night of the Haibin Park; I love the stone trail and bamboo forest of the Changgangshan Park; I am also fascinated by the peace and elegancy of the Zhushan Park and moved by the heroic deeds of the Martyrs Cemetery in the Haishan Park.
The volunteers of Zhoushan
The gorgeous scenery is inseparable from and dependent upon the incredible people. I appreciate the Zhoushan people the most. The people here are generous, friendly, amiable, unsophisticated and diligent. Anyone who comes to Zhoushan will feel at home. The courtesy and civilization of the buses and taxies; the integrity and enthusiasm of the merchants, the hospitality and benevolence of the elderly, the diligence and inclusiveness of the youth, the innocence and vivacity of the children... This is the Zhoushan Portrayal!
