An art performance in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Zhoushan Municipal Association of the Disabled was held in Zhoushan Theatre on May 21.

Songs, dances and musical instrument playing performed by the disabled people received warm applause from the audience.

Awards for the best disabled individuals and families, as well as the best individuals for helping the disabled were also given after the performance.

"We offer free bus services to the elderly in need and students going to attend the entrance examinations for senior high school or college," said Wang Bin, one of the individuals helping the disabled. 

"Although the pickup service sometimes interferes with my other car businesses, I feel great pleasure to help the people in need," added Wang.
