A forum with a focus on building a marine community with a shared future is scheduled to be held at Zhejiang Ocean University in Zhoushan, East China's Zhejiang province, from June 14 to 16, local media reported on May 20. 

Co-hosted by the university and the Zhejiang Provincial Research Institute on the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese characteristics, the forum will feature discussions on global ocean governance, marine exploration in Zhejiang and China over the past seven decades, and other related issues.
