Radio broadcasters from China's 12 pilot free trade zones (FTZs) gathered in China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone in Zhoushan from Nov 27 to 29 to discuss future FTZ development, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up, and the 5th anniversary of China's FTZ establishment.
The National FTZ Broadcasting Union, the first of its kind in China, was founded for jointly conducting news coverage of major events happening in the 12 FTZs.
The broadcasters also paid a visit to the administrative committee of Zhejiang FTZ, the Zhoushan Port Free Trade Zone, the Zhoushan River-Sea Intermodal Transport Service Center, the Zhejiang Petrochemical Trading Center, and the ENN Group (Zhoushan) LNG Co, where they saw the achievements made by Zhejiang FTZ over the years.
Statistics show that Zhoushan's bonded fuel supply reached nearly 2.5 million metric tons in the first three quarters of 2018, and the city ranked first in the nation in the bunkering business.
In addition, the broadcasters did a joint live streaming following the establishment of the union, introducing the respective achievements made by the 12 FTZs.
