Zhoushan Mount Putuo Airport

Zhoushan Mount Putuo Airport is located in the Northern part of Zhujiajian Island. The airport offers flights to Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Jinjiang, Xiamen, Wuyishan and Guangzhou, and there is also a facility for private charter planes flying to Hongkong and short a airline within the Mount Putuo area. After arriving at the airport, tourists can take the airport shuttle bus or taxi to the Wugongzhi Pier in Mount Putuo Scenic Area. It takes about 10 minutes from the airport to Mount Putuo.

Shuttle Bus Route

The airport shuttle bus runs through the terminal building parking lot, the entrance of Shanshuirenjia (via Dongganghailian Road) , Putuo No 2 Middle School (via Shenjiamen Lingtuo Tunnel and Xingpu Road), Haitian Avenue Xincheng Bus terminal , Dinghai Lianyi Hotel stop and Entrance of Dinghai Naval Huannan Guest House.

Airport Departure Time: 15 minutes after the Shanghai flight lands

Dinghai Station Departure Time:

130 minutes before the the Shanghai flight takes off. For example, if the take off time of Shanghai flight is 10:10, the departure time in Dinghai Station will be 8:00.

The Zhoushan Islands mainly relies on ferries for transporting to each island. On the main island, there are ferry terminals including Shenjiamen Banshengdong, Sanjiang and Shenjiamen Duntou.
