Zhoushan Bulk Commodity Trading Center is located at the CBD of Xincheng, Zhoushan’s newly built area. It has a total construction area of 160,000 square meters, consisting of one main building and two supporting business buildings.

Since the official operation in January 2012, the Bulk Commodity Trading Center persisted with principles of planning and constructing products in high standards and management with high efficiency, while conducting settlement and pricing center in a diversified way, on the basis of building a top class comprehensive commodity trading.

It has formed capital investment platform from Zhejiang merchants as well as the financial trade cluster area of Zhoushan Archipelago New Area, explored in building the regional OTC market in China. So far, a large number of bulk commodities suppliers, traders and demanders, as well as supporting services concerning finance and port have settled in it. It forms a developing structure with Zhejiang Zhoushan Bulk Commodity Exchange, Zhejiang Shipping Exchange Co., Ltd, and Zhoushan Aquatic Product Trading Center as key platforms, and industry trading platforms and market service organizations as supplements. It is becoming a commerce and trade center for bulk commodities in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area.
